TEXAS RAMPS THIS SATURDAY!! – Evangelism and Outreach are planning to build a wheelchair ramp on Saturday, April 6th, starting at 8 am, at 4803 Munson St. 78721.  The Texas Ramp Project is a state-wide charity organization that helps volunteers build wheelchair ramps for low-income, disabled individuals. It’s easy work for a few hours that will make a tremendous positive change for an individual or family.  This is light construction work. We want you to contribute in whatever way you are comfortable. Your Project Manager and other experienced volunteers can help you learn new skills if you like.  Please bring gloves, eye protection (goggles or safety glasses), and ear protection (plugs or muffs). If you have a cordless drill, please bring it, but not required. Tools and materials will be provided.  Please contact Felicia Wachsmann or Dick Fink if you are interested.

MID-WEEK LENTEN SERVICES – Mid-week Lenten services will continue on Wednesdays at 11:30 and 7:00 through April 10. We will celebrate Holy Communion at both services. Again this year, we will use services from “Holden Prayer Around the Cross.” These services include repetitive song, prayer, scripture, and time for quiet meditation and reflection. We hope you will be able to join us as we intentionally take the time to be still…and know God.
